This unit replaced a model that stopped functioning. It out performs that model. We love it.
The product heats water fine but is hard to stop from dripping after use. The button on the faucet gradually got stickier and finally (after about 10 months) would not pop up - thus the water flow was nonstop. Insinkerator replaced the item. The same problem reoccurred in the replacement after 6-7 months. This is a major design flaw but Insinkerator will not replace the faucet alone.
Nice looking and work's great. This is the 3rd one that I have since 1990, they seem to last about 10 years. I would order again from Faucet Depot again!

Fairly easy to install. Instructions are adequate. This is my third dispenser in 13 years. Operates well, but will eventually stop heating. I wish just a tank replacement, and not the tank and filtration system combo, was available from the manufacturer.
It was a replacement, an insink hot water heater. It was just as I expected with no problems.

This was the third unit of this kind of instant hot water dispenser that we have had. One came with the house when we bought it in 2002. I replaced that one 3-4 years ago, and now a third time. Was disappointed that the second one only lasted a fraction of the time the first one did. However, since the holes and hoses were already in place, it made installation pretty easy.
So far this product is very good. It was a replacement and I like this one much better. Love the button that you press down on to get the hot water. It looks great!
This replaced my last insinkerator instant hot water heater that lasted over a dozen years, always providing good tasting water. This new one seems just as good as the last, and since it was a replacement, it was easy to install. I like the single button dispenser. This was the cheapest instant hot I could find, but it looks and works great. For new installations, you will need to be a little handy with tools, which I am, or else you may want some help with the installation, since you need to tap into the existing cold water line.
Replaced unit that leaked after 3 years. Old one had a tub like faucet. Decided to leave that as I did not want to reconnect water. Other connections are clip on and sliding plastic tubes onto heater.These are very nice to have for rinseing plates before loading to dishwasher. Or making hot drinks, using to cook veggies. Hopefully this one lasts a bit longer

I wish the dispense button were on the left instead of the right. But hey, it's a good product at a reasonable price. Faucet Depot was accommodating to work with.
This is a replacement faucet for the old one that gave up the ghost. We couldn't find a chrome one in any of the local stores so were glad to find this one online. The old one did not have an arched spout & I am loving the arched spout on the new one... so much easier to fit pans & bowls under it. Also, the push button is easier for me to operate than the old turn handle. Glad we choose this particular model. The old InSinkErator heater lasted almost 9 years. Am hoping this one does, too.
