I expect to buy this product again
Installation is simple but a little stressful since you're dealing with water. Leaks are never good. But I've never had an issue for over 10 years as long as I carefully follow the instructions provided (i.e., don't go from memory) and put a very little silicon grease on the "o" ring seals so that they seat properly.

Reliable Quality Product
These filters are necessary to have a functioning drinking water dispenser at the kitchen sink. We are on a well, and the filter takes out any objectionable taste or swell. We've used these filters (two per year) for 11 years now and have never been disappointed.

Excellent product
We have used this product for 10 years. It's conveniently at the sink and supplies us with the added protection of filtered water easily and cheaply. The light indicator lets us know when to replace. For the usage we get, the filter is very reasonably priced.
